Custom Design Request

This listing should be purchased if you are requesting recommendations for designs/fonts/colors. Purchasing this ensures you receive a proof with multiple options to choose from that have been thoughtfully designed based on your request.

In the Notes field, please specify:

1) The text you would like in the proofs (initials, name, date, etc.)

2) Any color preferences you have

3) Any font/style preferences you have, as specific as possible. Please include links to inspiration photos if possible. 

4) Any other details pertaining to your request

Please note that this purchase is for design services only, and does not include the cost of the actual product/embroidery.
